Conversion Measurements

In German (European) cooking recipes, ingredients tend to be measured by weight rather than by volume (US).

If you have a kitchenscale at home you could follow the German recipes that way. There are a couple of different sites available online, which you can follow as well.


Here is a link that I have been using... although I not only have a scale at home but also a German measuring cup. You can get all these items online.
